* All orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
ORDER
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and once your purchase has been dispatched, another email will be sent with a dispatch and tracking number.
RETURNS
We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned in saleable condition with all of the barcode tags intact and in their original packaging. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
Please note that items bought online can only be returned to our website. The Public Beware Store is unable to return these items.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal sale and Christmas processing may take longer.
